Paid Members LJ Lost
If you hold (or were holding) a PAID LiveJournal account, but decided against renewing it because, in your opinion, 6A/LJ has dealt with the Strikethrough- and the Boldout-related incidents in the unsatisfactory and unacceptable manner, please leave a comment to this post.

You are a LiveJournal customer, and your opinion of 6A/LJ is important. Make it known.
Make it count.

Please answer the following questions in your comment:

1. How long have you been with LJ?

2. How long have you been a PAID member?

3. How many Paid Accounts do you have at the moment? (Do you also have a Permanent Account?)

4. When will your paid time expire?

5. Why did you decide to stop being a paid member now? (What is your biggest complaint?)

6. What can 6A/LJ do to win you back?

7. Are you going to stay with LJ as a free member, or are you going to migrate to another blogging website?

If you have already deleted your LJ account, still comment here, just don't forget to mention your former LJ username. Thank you!

IMPORTANT:
the main purpose of this post is to provide a “head count”. Please, refrain from answering the comments here. I will have to screen or delete such comments in order to avoid producing a skewed picture. If there are any particular points you want to address or expand on, you are always welcome to make a separate post in the community.

Permanent Account Holders LJ Alienated
If you hold one or more PERMANENT LJ accounts, you have showed yourself to be a loyal and committed user of this service, and you should expect respect and fair treatment in return.

If you think that the way in which 6A/LJ handled the Strikethrough- and the Boldout-related events falls short of their former service standards, and therefore decided against spending your money on any products or services offered by LJ, please leave a comment to this post.
(If, apart from a PERMANENT Account, you have at least one PAID account, go to our HEAD POST right HERE.)

Users, who have only PERMANENT, but no additional PAID accounts, please answer the following questions in your comment:

1. How long have you been with LJ?

2. How long have you been a PERMANENT Account holder?

3. Do you have any other Permanent Accounts at the moment?

4. Why did you decide not to spend any more money on LJ-related products and services? (What is your biggest complaint?)

5. If you have purchased your Permanent Account during the latest sale, would you want to ask for a refund, if it was possible? What would be your main reason for wanting a refund?

6. What can 6A/LJ do to win you back?

7. Are you going to continue using your Permanent Account here or are you going to migrate to another blogging website?

If you have already deleted your LJ account, still comment here, just don't forget to mention your former LJ username. Thank you!
